Service Care Solutions is working with a leading Legal 500 firm, based in Northampton, which is looking to recruit a Senior Associate or Junior Partner to play a key role in the continued growth of their award-winning practice. This is a rare opportunity to join a forward-thinking firm that already has strong succession planning in place.
Role: Senior Associate Solicitor OR Junior Partner - Corporate Commercial
Salary: £60,000 to £90,000
Location: Northampton
Key Responsibilities Of The Role:
Handle a broad range of Corporate Commercial law. This will involve but is not limited to: Mergers, acquisitions & disposals; Succession planning; Restructuring & demergers; Finance documents.
Drafting, advising, negotiating, and deal making across the full corporate spectrum.
You will also play a pivotal role in mentoring junior lawyers, imparting knowledge, and shaping the future of the team.
Business development is key – you’ll enjoy building strong relationships and have the professional network and commercial acumen to grow both your practice and the firm’s reach.About You
Ideally 5+ PQE (Solicitor or FILEX) with proven corporate & commercial expertise
Confident in managing transactions from start to finish, and keen to drive deals forward
Entrepreneurial instinct, adept at networking, and able to spot opportunities
Passionate about knowledge sharing, mentoring and developing others.Benefits:
