We are looking for a talented Senior Sous Chef for our client, a local pub offering a relaxed dining experience, which also uses locally sourced seasonal produce.
As Senior Sous Chef, candidates require a good level of experience, fine dining or gastro pub style background used to cooking with fresh and seasonal produce. Some straight shifts are available.
Good kitchen management and food hygiene control skills are essential along with working within a team developing junior members.
The salary for the vacancy of Senior Sous Chef, ranges from £32,000 - £38,000 + / per annum / share of tips.
