What You’ll Do:
Support the Head Chef in running a busy, buzzing kitchen 🥘
Help develop and deliver a seasonal, innovative menu that delights guests 🌱
Lead, mentor, and inspire kitchen staff to achieve excellence 👨🍳
Maintain top-notch standards in food quality, hygiene, and presentation
