We’re working with an award-driven, high-quality kitchen team delivering 2 AA Rosette-level cuisine, and they’re looking for a Senior Sous Chef who’s ready to lead, mentor, and grow but within a strict 45-hour working week.

About the Role
You’ll work closely with the Head Chef to deliver seasonal, creative menus and support a passionate team in both restaurant service and occasional outside catering. This is a hands-on role where your voice, ideas, and leadership will be valued every day.
Key Responsibilities

Support the Head Chef in menu development, kitchen leadership, and training
*
Ensure consistently high standards of food quality and presentation
*
Manage kitchen operations including stock control and food costs
*
Lead by example with excellent hygiene, safety, and kitchen culture
*
Contribute to occasional off-site catering events (within contracted hours)

Experience as a Sous Chef or strong Senior CDP in high-end or rosette-level kitchens
