Responsibilities in your new role as Senior Sous Chef
As a Senior Sous Chef, you will play a vital role in assisting the Head Chef in managing a bustling kitchen. With both our lunch and dinner services frequently catering to over 200 covers, we are on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic individual who thrives under pressure. You will have a genuine passion for fresh and honest cooking, a love for working with seasonal ingredients, and be dedicated to mentoring junior chefs to ensure every dish served meets our high standards.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 1 year’s experience at the Sous Chef level, ideally with a background in high-volume environments. You should be committed, passionate about fresh food, and possess a strong personality that will contribute positively to our thriving team.
