Senior Structural Engineer
As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will work closely with a Section Leader to deliver high‑quality structural design and lead a technical team. Ideal for someone who relishes responsibility, mentoring, and business development.

Lead design and feasibility for structural projects
Manage projects and support technical staff development
Mentor and guide non‑chartered engineers
Assist resource planning and project resourcing reports
Ensure design safety, regulatory compliance, and robust risk assessments
Contribute to team growth through networking and new client relationships
Monitor project budgets, profitability, and performanceWhat You'll Bring
Ideally Chartered status (CEng, MICE or MIStructE)
Strong technical expertise and high design standards
Leadership experience, with a passion for mentoring
Commercial focus and ability to build client contacts independently
