An established, design-led multidisciplinary Consultancy in Leicester is seeking a Senior Structural Revit Technician to join their expanding structural team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technician from a Consultancy background who wants to take a leading role in delivering technically challenging and design-focused building projects within a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.
The Consultancy has built a strong reputation across the Midlands for producing innovative, sustainable, and practical engineering solutions across a diverse range of sectors, including residential, commercial, education, mixed-use, and industrial developments. Their Leicester office offers the perfect balance - large enough to deliver complex, multi-disciplinary projects, yet small enough for talented individuals to make a real impact and progress their careers.
As Senior Structural Revit Technician, you will play a key role in producing accurate and detailed structural drawings and BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD, supporting the Structural Engineers in the delivery of high-quality designs. You will coordinate with architects, contractors, and design teams to ensure the seamless integration of structural solutions within the overall design. The role also offers the opportunity to contribute to model management, BIM coordination, and mentoring junior technicians, depending on experience and capability.
You should hold a HNC or equivalent qualification in Civil or Structural Engineering, with a minimum of three years' experience working on building structures within a UK Consultancy environment. Strong proficiency in Revit is essential, along with experience in AutoCAD. You will have a solid understanding of structural detailing for a variety of building types including residential, commercial, education, and healthcare schemes. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, able to work effectively as part of a team, and capable of meeting deadlines under pressure while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
