A leader in the Aerospace & Defence sector are seeking an experienced Senior Subcontract Manager to join their team in Luton, working within their Electronic Warfare division.
Duration: 12 months
Location: Luton
Working Pattern: Hybrid
Pay: Competitive hourly rate
Eligible for SC clearanceYou'll be leading high-value subcontract work packages, managing key supplier relationships, and delivering robust commercial contracts in a complex environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead delivery of complex subcontract work packages.
Translate technical requirements into commercially sound contracts.
Negotiate and manage NDAs, TAAs, software licences, and supply agreements.
Develop and maintain supplier relationships aligned to business goals.This is a great opportunity for a proven Senior Subcontract Manager with strong commercial acumen and experience supporting major defence or aerospace programmes.
Key Skills:
Experience in subcontract management within defence/aerospace.
Strong understanding of lifecycle and risk management in contracts.
Knowledge of export control and regulatory compliance.
