Senior/Principal Substation Design Engineer (Primary/HV Plant)

  * Position - Senior/Principal Substation Design Engineer (Primary/HV Plant)

  * Location - Remote (offices in Yorkshire, Midlands, London, Glasgow)

  * Salary - 70k-90k

About the role:

A consultancy client of mine is looking for a Principal/Senior Substation Design Engineer. The client is a leading multidisciplinary consultancy providing expert services to help clients transport electricity efficiently, from generation and storage to end use. Their expertise covers projects of all sizes, from smaller works to Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (NSIPs). The varied project load and the opportunity to work on National Grid projects, make this a really interesting place to work. In terms of skillset, they need somebody with vast experience in primary substation design, up to at least 132kV.
