Job Description
Senior Supervising Social Worker
Homebased – covering South West Wales (Swansea, Neath Port Talbot, Llanelli, with some families in Pembrokeshire & Ceredigion)
£37,088 per annum, rising to £41,208 after 18 months + £1,500 Out of Hours Allowance + £750 Homeworking Allowance
Permanent – 35 hours per week (flexibility required for occasional evenings/weekends)

Who we’re looking for: You’ll need to be a qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Care Wales, and a driver with access to a car. You’ll be based from home, but travel across South West Wales is a key part of the role, so ideally you’ll live around Swansea / Neath Port Talbot (or nearby).
