This hands-on Senior Support Engineer role sits within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, supporting a diverse range of client infrastructures across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid setups. You’ll take ownership of 3rd-line escalations, complex troubleshooting, and the maintenance of systems spanning Microsoft 365, Azure, Citrix, VMware, and advanced networking. It’s a client-facing role that requires solid technical depth, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive incidents through to resolution with confidence and accountability.

What we’re looking for:
* Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Windows Server, AD, Exchange & SharePoint
* Knowledge of Citrix, VMware (vSphere/ESXi), Hyper-V, SQL, scripting (PowerShell), and endpoint management
* Strong networking skills: DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANs, routing, traffic analysis, and firewall config (FortiGate, Meraki, Palo Alto, etc.)
* Confident handling 3rd-line issues and escalations from 2nd-line teams
* Strong documentation habits and experience using remote access and ticketing systems
* Experience with threat detection, security incident response, and BC/DR practices
* Calm under pressure and able to manage SLAs while delivering outstanding customer communicatio
