Job Title: Senior Healthcare Assistant / Senior Support Worker – Blackpool (FY1)
Location: Blackpool, FY1
Salary: £15.80 per hour (Weekdays) | £16.00 per hour (Nights/Weekends)
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent | Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)

We’re currently recruiting Senior Healthcare Assistants / Senior Support Workers for ongoing work in Blackpool (FY1). This is a temporary to permanent role, with a 12-week probationary period, after which successful candidates will transition into permanent employment.
Your Role:
As a Senior Support Worker, you’ll provide individualised, person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities, helping them live fulfilling, independent lives in their own homes. You’ll play a key role in enabling them to participate in the community and achieve their full potential.
What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 1 year experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities
*
NVQ Level 2/3 or other relevant social care qualification
*
Proof of right to work in the UK (Please note: we do not offer sponsorship)
*
Two references – one must be your most recent or current employer
*
Experience supporting individuals with autism (Desirable)
*
Enhanced DBS on the update service (Desirable)
*
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (Desirable)
Hours:
*
Full-Time – 37.5 hours per week
*
Flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as per rota
Pay Rates:

Weekday Rate: £15.80 per hour
*
Night/Weekend Rate: £16.00 per hour
