Your Role:
Work with the Registered Manager to ensure a safe home environment
Support children emotionally and behaviourally
Lead by example and mentor junior staff
Create care plans tailored to each child’s needs
You’ll Need:
✅ NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Residential
✅ Driving licence & car
✅ Experience in residential childcare
✅ Patience, compassion, and strong safeguarding awareness
