Job Description
Senior Support Worker – Carlisle (CA2)
🕒 Hours: Full-Time – 37.5 hours/week (flexible rota including evenings, weekends & public holidays)
📄 Contract: Temp to Perm (3-month probation period)
💷 Pay (During Probation):
• Weekdays: £15.80/hour
• Nights & Weekends: £16.00/hour

We’re now looking for experienced Senior Support Workers to join our team in the Cumbria (CA2) area. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a 27-bedded residential care home for older adults, some with dementia.
🏠 Role Includes:

Working alongside the Registered Manager and a fellow Senior Manager
*
Leading and mentoring staff with a hands-on approach
*
Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing
*
Supporting high-quality service delivery and meeting CQC standards
✅ Requirements:
*
Minimum 1 year’s paid experience with dementia care in the UK
*
Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care
*
Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
*
Two references (including most recent employer)
*
Driving licence & Enhanced DBS (desirable)
