We are recruiting for Senior Support Workers, these are permanent roles working for an outstanding organisation who specialises in Childrens Residential.
To be considered for the position of Senior Support Worker you will need to be either working in similar role within a childrens residential setting or have a minimum of 3 years experience in Childrens Residential working as a support worker.
For this role you will lead shifts and supervise support workers to deliver high quality care and emotional support. You will work with the support workers to implement and review individual care plans and maintain safeguarding and compliance at all times, acting as a role model for young people and staff.
You will be required to have a minimum Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (Children's) or a similar qualification and be experienced in childrens residential care and have an indept understanding of safeguarding and children's home regulations.
For this role you will require a fully enhanced DBS and be able to provide a no gaps CV and references.
