Job Description

About the role
Joining us as a Senior Support Worker, you'll work alongside the Locality Manager to provide day-to-day leadership and support to the staff team, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support is delivered consistently.
You'll lead by example, provide coaching and guidance through supervisions, observations, and 1:1 support, and help create a positive culture where both colleagues and the people we support can thrive.

What we're looking for
  * Minimum 1 years’ experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or autism
  * Full UK driving licence is preferred
  * Passion for empowering people
  * Strong communication and leadership skills
  * Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, bank holidays and sleep-ins on a rota
