As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you’ll be a vital part of this mission, offering support, guidance, and love to young people as they navigate life’s challenges. You'll play a key role in creating personalized care plans and ensuring each child feels safe, valued, and empowered.
What You’ll Do:
* Provide a caring, safe environment for young people to thrive.
* Advocate for and support young people in meetings, appointments, and daily life.
* Lead activities that inspire, engage, and help them grow.
* Collaborate with families, social workers, and other professionals to create lasting positive outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
* Passionate individuals with a background in Residential Childcare.
* A Level 3 qualification in Children & Young People's Workforce (or equivalent).
* A commitment to helping young people succeed and overcome challenges.
