The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Surveyor / Associate Partner to cover the Western Corridor region. You’ll advise property owners and occupiers on acquisitions and disposals across a wide range of assets, including offices, warehouses, retail, leisure, and residential properties.

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing acquisitions and disposals of commercial and alternative use properties.

Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Providing expert consultancy advice on workplace and occupier needs.
*
Supporting business development and identifying new opportunities.
*
Preparing reports, market analysis, and client presentations.
What We’re Looking For
*
Proven experience in real estate sales, acquisitions, or disposals.
*
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
*
Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills.
*
Business development and consultancy experience.
*
Degree in Real Estate, Surveying, or related field preferred (not essential).
*
MRICS qualification desirable.
