Senior Surveyor – Eastleigh
Salary: £62,000
Contract: Permanent

Nuco Solutions are recruiting an experienced Senior Surveyor to join a leading Housing Association in Eastleigh. This senior role involves overseeing surveying activities, providing technical guidance, and supporting strategic decision-making to ensure the housing portfolio is maintained to the highest standards. Mileage will be provided for work-related travel.

Role Responsibilities

  * 

    Lead detailed surveys across residential properties, identifying defects, compliance issues, and maintenance needs

  * 

    Produce high-quality technical reports and recommendations for remedial works

  * 

    Provide expert guidance to internal teams and external contractors on surveying and maintenance issues

  * 

    Review and approve survey outputs from junior surveyors or contractors

  * 

    Monitor and maintain accurate records of inspections, surveys, and property works

  * 

    Ensure all works and recommendations comply with building regulations, safety standards, and organisational policies

  * 

    Support the team in planning, prioritising, and delivering maintenance and improvement programmes

Requirements

  * 

    Proven experience as a Surveyor, ideally within housing, property maintenance, or building compliance

  * 

    Strong knowledge of building regulations, safety standards, and property maintenance procedures

  * 

    Excellent technical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills

  * 

    Experience leading projects or supervising survey teams

  * 

    Full UK driving licence

  * 

    Experience within social housing desirable
