Senior Sustainability Consultant
Oxford
A leading independant, sustaiability-led consultancy is seeking a Senior Sustainability Consultant to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver SAP, SBEM and EPC assessments for new and existing developments.
Prepare Energy and Sustainability Statements for planning, including London Plan compliance.
Conduct TM59/TM52 Overheating Assessments and support Whole Life-Cycle Carbon and Circular Economy Statements.
Lead client communication and coordinate with design teams to provide practical, compliant advice.
Support junior assessors and contribute to the development of internal sustainability frameworks.
About You:
2+ years' experience in energy modelling or sustainability consultancy.
Skilled in IES-VE, Elmhurst, or equivalent software.
Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning policy.
Strong communicator with commercial awareness and initiative.
