Senior Systems Engineer
Location: Market Deeping
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + benefits (Depending on experience)

What you’ll be doing
You’ll take a lead technical role, working with hardware and software teams to make sure products are designed, built and validated against real-world requirements.
Senior Systems Engineer key responsibilities:
* Translate customer needs into clear technical requirements
* Review architectures, interfaces and design decisions
* Guide development and support verification & validation activity
* Champion good systems engineering practice and the V-model
* Help drive commonality and compatibility across systems
* Partner with stakeholders to influence future product direction
What you’ll bring
* 1st or 2:1 class Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant technical subject
* Strong experience across the full product development lifecycle
* Solid understanding of communications systems, networks or RF
* Knowledge of VHF/UHF communications, CNS or similar domains
* Ability to interpret requirements and turn them into functional use cases
* Experience in demanding, high-integrity environments
BPSS clearance will be required.
