This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Talent Partner, on a 6 month FTC, to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing talent strategies within a multi site retail environment. Description

Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
Collaborate with leadership to identify and address workforce planning needs.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Provide expert advice on market trends and recruitment best practices.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners.
Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives across all talent acquisition activities.

A successful Senior Talent Partner should have:
