Senior Team Leader
Location: March, Cambridgeshire
Hours: 06:00 – 18:00, 4 on 4 off
Hourly Rate: £15.95
Duration: Permanent

In this fast-paced food production environment, you’ll take the lead in overseeing key operations, ensuring machinery runs smoothly, and maintaining the highest quality standards. If you're experienced in managing teams, optimising workflows, and keeping production moving efficiently, this is a great opportunity to step into a pivotal leadership role.

Job Duties:
* Ensure daily production targets and customer orders are consistently met.
* Oversee packing operations, maintaining product quality and correct specifications.
* Monitor team performance and drive improvements to meet operational goals.
* Ensure all team members follow SOPs and meet performance expectations.
* Carry out regular performance reviews and identify training needs
* Accurately complete and check production paperwork and control sheets.
What we are looking for:
* Previous experience in a leadership role within FMCG environment
* Comfortable hitting targets, monitoring and interpreting KPIs
* Previous experience using an ERP system is highly beneficial
* Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, compliance, and safety.
* Experience operating and overseeing production machinery
