Senior Technical Application Specialist (Customer Communications)

Location: Halifax or Edinburgh (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)

Contract: 12 Months

We're recruiting an experienced Senior Technical Application Specialist to support large-scale customer communications transformation within a highly regulated enterprise environment.

You'll lead technical initiatives across customer communications platforms, helping deliver scalable, secure, and customer-focused communication solutions while working closely with business and technology teams.

Responsibilities
