Senior Technical Manager, Buckinghamshire*
A cutting-edge developer is currently seeking a Senior Technical Manager to join their team based in Buckinghamshire and oversee the infrastructure delivery of a complex, mixed-use redevelopment scheme.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the design and delivery of infrastructure packages.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and utility providers.
Ensure compliance with technical specifications, regulations, and timelines.
Oversee utility coordination and approvals (gas, water, electricity).
Lead risk management, reporting, and stakeholder communication
This role would suit Senior Technical Managers with previous residential or mixed-use experience within a developer. However, experienced Technical Managers looking for the next step will also be considered for this opportunity if they have extensive infrastructure experience.
