Job Description

We are pleased to present an opportunity for an experienced Senior Technician to join a well-established, family-run automotive business in Worcester.
This is an ideal role for a skilled Senior Technician seeking a friendly, supportive environment where their expertise is recognised and valued.

Benefits:
  * Up to £44,000 basic salary, dependent on experience

  * Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, with occasional Saturday work
Duties:
  * Conduct routine servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles
  * Carry out repairs including clutches, cambelts, head gaskets, and other major components
  * Maintain accurate workshop records in compliance with regulations
  * Effectively communicate test results and repair options to customers
  * Work closely with the auto centre team to ensure high standards of quality
  * Stay informed about industry updates, safety protocols, and technical advancements
  * Uphold the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction and excellent service
Requirements:
  * Level 3 IMI/NVQ qualification or equivalent
  * Full UK driving licence
  * MOT licence desirable but not essential
  * Proven experience as a Senior Technician within a busy workshop environment
  * Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
  * Ability to work independently and to a high standard
  * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
