Job Description
Senior Technician required for Automotive workshop in the Croydon area.
Our Client, an Automotive workshop is currently seeking a Senior Technician to join their team of hardworking Vehicle Technicians.
Benefits:
Basic salary starting at £45,000, negotiable depending on experience and qualifications
Potential for earnings up to £50,000+ including bonuses
Bonus structure based on team performance and individual achievements
Monthly team bonus averaging around £100-£250

Opportunity to be part of a new commercial vehicle workshop opening nearby soonResponsibilities:
Diagnosing Complex Faults
Offering your expertise as a Senior Vehicle Technician to colleagues and supporting them within the workshop
Working on Complex Repairs
Assisting the ‘newer’ members of the team with their training
Working closely with the Workshop Controller Requirements:
Be a fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
Experience within a Senior Vehicle Technician position in a Franchised environment
A strong working experience within Diagnostic Repair
Methodical problem-solving skillsFor your hard work our Client you will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £45000.
The hours of this Senior Vehicle Technician role are Monday to Friday: 8:00 am – 5:30 pm, with two breaks and a 30-minute lunch break, Saturdays: 8:30 am – 1:00 pm (rotational).
