I am currently recruiting for a Senior Timber Frame Designer to work for a company who have a fantastic reputation in the market based in West Yorkshire. Salary up to £50,000 + Benefits.
The organisation is a leading SME and employ around 30 people. They service the whole of the UK market and have an unrivalled reputation for quality. To give you greater insight into the company and the high regard its held within they've received countless award nominations for various categories and have been successful in winning many of them over the years.
To support the growth of the business and be able to deal with the amount of work they now have the need to appoint a Senior Timber Frame Designer on a permanent basis.
In this role as a Senior Timber Frame Designer, you will be responsible for helping set up a design department from the ground up as they look to bring design inhouse after successfully subcontracting it for many years. This very rare and exciting opportunity will give you complete autonomy and a lot of responsibility to do things as you see fit. You will be tasked with choosing the necessary software, getting it onboarded and ingrained within the business and then training others on how the system works. Once established, you will be responsible for designing a range of Timber Frame Buildings for a wide away of clients that span across multiple sectors.
Essential Requirements:
At least 5 years' experience as Timber Frame Designer, SIPS Designer or similarThis would prove to be a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Timber Frame Designer who wants to have a great deal of input into helping form this company's design department and ensuring it's set up to succeed. The growth plans forecast will also offer progression and future career prospects should this appeal.
