Job Title: Senior Town Planner

The Role
As a Senior Town Planner, you'll be responsible for managing and delivering a wide range of planning projects from inception through to determination. Working closely with clients, consultants, and local authorities, your duties will include:
Managing and prioritising your own caseload and delivering high-quality planning advice.
Preparing and submitting planning applications, appeals, and supporting documentation.
Undertaking site appraisals and developing site-specific strategies.
Leading project meetings and negotiations to secure successful outcomes.
Preparing planning reports, statements, and representations.
Mentoring and supporting junior team members through their professional development.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities.About You
MRTPI qualified (or actively working towards it).
Proven experience delivering planning projects in a consultancy or local authority environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage workloads effectively.
Confident in liaising with clients, consultants, and local planning authorities.
Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.What's on Offer
