The Role
As a Senior Planner, you'll work on a wide variety of projects across the residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors. You'll take a leading role in preparing and managing planning applications, appeals, and strategic planning advice, while mentoring junior team members and liaising directly with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and submit planning applications, policy representations, and appeals
Develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
Provide guidance and support to junior colleagues
Contribute to business development and identify new opportunities
About You
MRTPI qualified or working towards chartership (ideal)
Proven experience within a consultancy, local authority, or developer environment
Strong understanding of UK planning legislation and policy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, organised, and confident working independently or as part of a team
