Senior Town Planner - Milton Keynes
We are delighted to be working with a highly regarded planning consultancy to recruit a Senior Town Planner for their Milton Keynes office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected and growing practice, offering the chance to work on a diverse portfolio of projects and progress your planning career.
The Role
As a Senior Town Planner, you will:
Lead on a range of planning applications, appeals, and site appraisals.
Manage client relationships and provide expert planning advice.
Contribute to development plan representations and policy reviews.
Support and mentor junior members of the team.
Take responsibility for delivering projects on time and to a high standard.
About You
We are seeking a commercially minded planning professional with:
An RTPI-accredited degree or postgraduate qualification.
Chartered Membership of the RTPI (or working towards it).
Around 5 years' experience in planning, ideally within a consultancy environment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and report-writing skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
