Location: Cardiff
Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be working with a leading national property consultancy on the appointment of a Senior Town Planner to join their growing Planning team in Cardiff.

The Role:
As a Senior Town Planner, you will play a key role in supporting and leading on a variety of planning projects, including:
Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals
Delivering high-quality planning advice to clients across multiple sectors
Managing projects from inception through to consent, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
Engaging with local authorities, stakeholders, and clients to secure successful outcomes
Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team
About You:
MRTPI qualified, or actively working towards chartership
Minimum of 3 years' experience within consultancy or local authority
Strong understanding of UK planning policy and legislation
Excellent communication, report-writing, and project management skills
Commercially aware, proactive, and client-focused
Confident working independently as well as part of a collaborative team
