Responsibilities:

Translate inefficiencies into user-level design opportunities.

Create conceptual mockups, storyboards, and user journeys.

Design wireframes and lightweight prototypes showing future-state experiences.
*
Communicate ideas through visual storytelling and support workshops.
*
Collaborate with Service Designers and Business Analysts to ensure feasibility.
*
Iterate quickly based on discovery insights and stakeholder feedback.
Requirements:

5+ years of UX design experience in discovery or strategy phases.
*
Strong in journey mapping, storyboarding, wireframing, and prototyping.
*
Excellent visual storytelling and collaboration skills.
*
Comfortable with ambiguity and conceptual thinking.
Nice to Have:

Experience in consulting or transformation design.
*
