ent estate agency in Woking is seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Valuer / Manager to focus on the luxury property market. This high-profile role combines securing premium instructions, managing the full valuation process, and leading a team to deliver outstanding results.
Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ estate agency experience (luxury/prime market preferred)
Proven record in valuations and winning instructions at the higher end of the market
Excellent business development and client relationship skills
Strong leadership ability with experience motivating and managing a team
Professional, polished, and commercially astute
