Job Description
As the Senior valve engineer you will provide technical oversight of the contract(s), including the surveillance of technical documentations, the management and the resolution of open-points and changes related to Design, Manufacturing and Qualification. You will also be responsible for keeping the contract at the configuration compliant with the project progress.
Typical activities include, but are not limited to:
* Leading technical meetings, resolving complex technical matters, whilst providing guidance and support to others in the team related to design and qualification,
* Surveillance of technical documentation from contractor
* Support the client to answer supplier requests such as request for information (RFI’s), Interface Queries (IQs), Exemption Request (ERs) or Non-conformances (NCR).
* Anticipate and raise alerts on technical open points,
* Control and Management of the configuration of the contract, design change and liaise with RD and client teams to ensure integration of equipment with interfacing functions/systems
* Review and approval of contract amendments (CTS)
* Strong knowledge and experience on valves (valve expertise)
* Technical background on mechanical, piping, layoutBefore You Apply
