Senior Vehicle Technician required in the Croydon area.
Our Client, an Automotive workshop team is currently seeking a Senior Vehicle Technician to join their team of hardworking Vehicle Technicians.
Benefits:
Basic salary starting at £45,000, negotiable depending on experience and qualifications

Opportunity to be part of a new commercial vehicle workshop opening nearby soonResponsibilities:
Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles, with an emphasis on quality and efficiency.
Offer technical guidance and support to other technicians, helping to resolve challenging issues promptly.
Maintain high standards of work and ensure all repairs comply with manufacturer specifications.
Contribute to team development by sharing expertise and best practices.
Record all work accurately and complete documentation in accordance with company procedures.
Keep current with the latest diagnostic tools and technical developments, especially regarding dealer diagnostics, with an openness to working across multiple brands including BMW, Audi, VW, Mercedes, and more.
Support the upcoming development of a new workshopRequirements:
Proven experience as a Master Technician, Technician, or LCV Technician.
Strong diagnostic skills and experience working with dealer-level diagnostics.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Flexible to work across multiple vehicle brands, including luxury and commercial vehicles.
Valid qualifications in vehicle technology and relevant industry certifications.For your hard work our client you will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £45,000.
The hours of this Senior Vehicle Technician role are Monday to Friday: 8:00 am – 5:30 pm, with two breaks and a 30-minute lunch break with Saturdays being 8:30 am – 1:00 pm (rotational).
