Senior Vehicle Technician
Up to £48k Basic

Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:30pm
Ashford Area
Looking for a garage where the team feels like family, the workshop is fully equipped, and the work keeps you engaged?
A well-established independent garage in Ashford is looking for an experienced Senior Technician to join their friendly 10+ person workshop team. With your own ramp, access to manufacturer-level diagnostics tools, and a variety of work from major mechanical jobs to servicing and diagnostics, you’ll be trusted to do what you do best.
What’s on Offer:
* £40,000 – £48,000 basic salary (based on experience)
* No target driven bonuses, excellent pay for honest work
* Own ramp in a high-spec, well-organised workshop
* Use of dealer-level diagnostic tools
* Mon–Fri, 8:00am – 5:30pm (45-minute break)
* Only 1 Saturday per month – but is negotiable
* 22 days holiday + bank holidays
* Free MOT for your vehicle, and on-site parking
* Team outings every year
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Larger mechanical work – timing chains, belts, gearboxes, engines
* General servicing and repairs
* Diagnostic work
