Job Description
Senior Vehicle Technician required for Automotive Independent Garage, in the Tunbridge Wells area.
Our Client, an Automotive Garage is currently seeking a Senior Vehicle Technician to join their team of hardworking Vehicle Technicians.
Benefits:
Competitive Basic Salary of £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
Team bonus on labour sales (target circa £4,000)
Monday - Friday working hours (08:00am - 17:00pm)

Ongoing training and development opportunitiesResponsibilities:
Diagnosing Complex Faults
Offering your expertise as a Senior Vehicle Technician to colleagues and supporting them within the workshop
Working on Complex Repairs
Assisting the ‘newer’ members of the team with their training
Working closely with the Workshop Controller Requirements:
Be a fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
Experience within a Senior Vehicle Technician position in a Franchised environment
A strong working experience within Diagnostic Repair
Methodical problem-solving skillsFor your hard work our Client you will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £40,000.
The hours of this Senior Vehicle Technician role are Monday - Friday, 08:00am - 17:00pm (1-hour unpaid lunch).
