SEO & PPC Digital Marketing Executive – Barnsley
Salary: £27,000 – £32,000 DOE
Location: On-site, Barnsley

The Opportunity:
As SEO & PPC Executive, you'll play a key role in driving online visibility and performance. You'll manage and optimise paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) while delivering SEO strategies that deliver measurable impact.
This is a hands-on, results-oriented role where you’ll work collaboratively with an in-house team across design, content, and development to ensure SEO and PPC campaigns are aligned, integrated, and effective.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO:
* Plan and deliver on-page and technical SEO strategies
* Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and competitive analysis
* Optimise content, metadata, and site structure
* Track performance using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console
* Report regularly on organic performance and SEO outcomes
PPC:
* Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms
* Write compelling ad copy and creative
* Set up and manage conversion tracking, A/B tests, and CRO tactics
* Monitor performance and recommend improvements for ROI
* Deliver campaign reports with clear insights and next steps
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience:
Minimum 2 years' experience in SEO and PPC campaign management
Proven track record of success in both paid and organic performance
Skilled in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, SEMrush, and similar tools
* Skills & Mindset:
* Analytical and commercially minded
* Strong communicator with great attention to detail
* Comfortable managing multiple campaigns across channels
* Proactive, collaborative, and driven by results
* Passionate about digital marketing and staying ahead of trends
