A leading, growing Material Handling company has a newly created Forklift Engineer opportunity to join the business. They're proud of their achievements and due to expanding their team further, they would now like to appoint an Forklift Engineer to cover Croydon. This business offers an attractive salary, a fantastic benefits package including door-to-door payments, a company and annual and monthly attendance bonuses,
Responsibilities of the Forklift Engineer
Servicing and repair of trucks as directed by the Service Manager.
Diagnosing the exact nature of each query and repair with a friendly, efficient, 'can-do' attitude.
Completing a report for each job on a PDA system.
Driving to client locations
Requirements of the role:
NVQ Level 2 in Plant, Maintenance or Vehicle - Preferably Apprentice trained
Experienced Forklift Engineer
Background on either Electric, Hybrid or Mechanical Trucks
Full UK Driving License
Good at managing own workload and able to cope with pressure.
Present a professional image
Good team player.
In return the Forklift Engineer will be offered the following package.
Competitive salary of £27,000 - £43,000
Company Van - Some personal usage allowance
Fuel & Credit Cards for all expenses
Contracted 40-hour week, plus OT paid extra
Holiday 25 days + Bank Holidays
Ongoing training and development
