The day-to-day of this role includes providing excellent customer service through receiving and evaluating enquiries, preparing quotations, and processing orders. There is also an element of sales and upselling with a target-based commission scheme.
The ideal candidate for this role will be experienced in a similar position, with a proven record of customer service and sales.
The Role:
Handle customer enquiries, quotations, and order processing
Provide excellent customer support and build lasting relationships
Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to meet sales targetsThe Person:
Experience in a similar role, with strong customer service skills
Confident in preparing quotations, processing orders, and managing enquiries
Proven sales or upselling experience
