Great opportunity to work as a Service Admin & Sales Support for our client.
Staffline is recruiting for a Service Admin & Sales Support to work in Avonmouth.
The rate of pay is £13 per hour.
This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, Monday to Friday. The hours of work are:
- 8am to 5pm
Your Time at Work
Your duties will include:
- Supervision of Hire, parts and Service Administration staff
- Allocation of work to engineers
- Management of Planner board
- Uploading of servicing each month
- First point of telephone contact for service support calls
- Logging of service calls
Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect worker will have:
- Knowledge of Office systems
- Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in all aspects of work undertaken
- Organising, planning and communication skills
- Time management
- Record keeping
Experience in a similar role required.
