Service Administrator 
 Location: Birkenhead
 Salary: £25,775
 Hours: 8am – 5pm Monday to Thursday, 8am-4pm Friday  Full-time, Permanent

Are you an organised and detail-focused Administrator looking to join a supportive and growing team?
 
 We’re working with a well-established company with a well known engineering client at their head office in the Wirral area who are looking for an Administrator to join their busy service department.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, where no two days are the same, and who takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

The RoleYou will be supporting the Air Conditioning Manager and wider team with all aspects of service administration, ensuring work is completed accurately and efficiently.

Your main duties will include:

Handling incoming calls and general department queries

Managing and updating job sheets and timesheets on the CRM system

Coordinating expenses, hotels, and travel arrangements for engineers

Processing purchase invoices and preparing service team timesheets for payroll

Generating weekly reports on ongoing jobs and quotations

Raising and sending purchase orders and sales invoices

Maintaining accurate records including F-Gas logs and SLA reports

Providing general administrative support across the maintenance team during absences

About YouWe’re looking for someone who is:

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Excel

A strong communicator, comfortable liaising with engineers, clients, and internal teams

Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

A proactive team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Previous experience in an engineering, construction, or air conditioning services environment would be an advantage, but full training will be provided.
