Service Administrator
Inspire Resourcing are recruiting a Service Administrator for our well established client based in Chesterfield.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading business who are looking for an individual with great interpersonal skills & the ability to multitask.
Main Duties:
* Monitor hire system and action accordingly
* Installation bookings
* Service call queries & raising breakdown jobs
* Allocate test unit jobs to engineers
* Vehicle Maintenance
* Main point of contact for Head Office calls
* Second inline for Service Engineer Calls
* Update planner with test unit jobs/numbers
* Scanning
* Filing
Requirements:
* 2 years’ administration experience
* Good interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask
