Salary: £31,000 basic + uncapped OTE of £38,000+

Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and manage all service bookings in a professional and friendly manner
Ensure all vehicles are processed in line with company procedures and industry standards
Plan and manage the Service Department diary to maximise workshop efficiency and technician utilisation
Promote aftersales services, including servicing, repairs, and parts, to drive repeat business
Deliver outstanding customer service and achieve high customer satisfaction scores (CSI)
Upsell additional work, services, and products to meet revenue and profitability targets
Maintain a professional appearance and represent the business to a high standardRequirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor within a franchised dealership
Strong understanding of automotive aftersales, service processes, and customer care standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Target-driven with a proactive and positive “can-do” attitude
Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy workload
Full UK Driving Licence (required)About You
