Job Description
We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive main dealer who are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Christchurch area.
Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.
Benefits:
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break; one in four Saturdays, 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
Salary up to £28,000 DOE (OTE up to approximately £33,000)

Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Service Administrator is a plus but not essential
Trainee applicants with a background in customer service are encouraged to apply.
The ability to upsell on service work and service plans
Customer Focused and an excellent communicator
Full UK driving license Duties:
Professionally communicate with customers about service and repair work required on their vehicle
Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems
Update Customers and Vehicle Records
Prepare and complete Invoices
Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work due to be completed
Other Ad-Hoc Duties as the role requiresFor your hard work, our client is offering a salary of up to £28,000 with OTE of circa £33,000.
