Job Description

We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive dealership who are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Poole area.

Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.
 
Benefits: 

Competitive basic salary up to £32,000 depending on experience
Realistic OTE of £36,000 with bonus potential

Experience as a Service Advisor or Commercial Service Advisor desirable
Strong communication and organisational skills
Customer-focused attitude with a professional manner
Ability to work well within a team and adapt to a busy environmentDuties:

Greet customers and establish their vehicle service needs
Prepare job cards and liaise with the workshop to manage vehicle repairs and services
Offer professional advice on vehicle maintenance and repair options
Upsell additional products and services where appropriate
Always ensure excellent customer service
Manage customer bookings and follow-up on service progressWorking hours of Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 6.00 pm, with a half-hour unpaid lunch break. 1 in 3 Saturday mornings from 8AM to 12PM.
 
For your hard work, our client is offering a salary of up to £32,000 with OTE of circa £36,000.
