Service Advisor
 Location: Bicester 
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 basic, £36,000 OTE 
Hours: Monday to Friday 42.5 hours on a three-week rotation, week 1: 7am to 4pm, week 2: 8am to 5pm and week 3: 9am to 6pm. 1 in 3 Saturday mornings.

Welcome customers bringing their vehicles in for scheduled and unscheduled servicing and repairs
Book vehicles into the workshop and provide updates on progress
Support the aftersales team, including workshop controllers, and assist the Service Manager with the day‑to‑day running of a busy department
Manage customer expectations with a consistently professional approach
Upsell additional products and services to new and existing customersService Advisor Requirements

Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a dealership, bodyshop, or independent workshop
A full UK driving licenceHow to Apply
