Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade or a related customer service position

Competent in the use of basic computer and tablet-based systems
Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs is advantageous
Ability to work effectively within a team and demonstrate excellent customer care
Full UK driving licence is essential
