Service Advisor Required, in Leighton Buzzard 

Are you an experienced Service Advisor seeking a new opportunity within a reputable Independent Service Centre? Our client, a well-established and Independent Service Centre located in Leighton Buzzard, is currently looking to recruit a dedicated Service Advisor. This position offers a dynamic working environment where your organisational and communication skills will be key to providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the workshop.

Benefits as a Service Advisor:

Competitive salary circa £30,000, negotiable based on experience
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm, with 1-in-2 Saturday mornings
Stable, long-standing team in a reputable independent service centre
Opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with diverse daily tasks
Supportive working environment with career progression opportunitiesDuties: 

Greeting customers and managing the front desk operations efficiently
Handling incoming calls and scheduling service bookings accurately
Acting as a key liaison between customers and technicians to relay job requirements and updates
Ordering parts and ensuring job progress is maintained to deadlines
Coordinating workshop schedules and workflows to optimise efficiency
Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service deliveryRequirements: 

Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to thrive in a busy, high-pressure environment
Well-organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport with customers and workshop staff
